Kunming, which is known as Spring City, meet at airport and transfer to your hotel.
If have time, you could tour
Yunnan Ethnic Village Park
and Yunnan Minorities Museum.

Take the
morning flight to
Lijiang. Visit Shuhe Ancient Town
and
Baisha Naxi Village
where you will see the 500-year-old Baisha Fresco. Then back
to Lijiang, visit
Lijiang Ancient Town and Mufu
(Mu's Mansion). |

breakfast, drive to
Jade Dragon Snow Mt., take cable-car
up to the glacier (4506 m high), hike in the mountain for
about 1 hour to enjoy the breathtaking view of the main peak
(5596 m high), then take cable-car down, drive back to Lijiang.
On the way, visit Ganhaizi Meadow and Baishui River. |

Morning
Drive to
Lugu Lake, a plateau lake
with a total area of 52 square kilometers, 2,685 meters above
sea level. Visiting a Mosuo families, have a bonfire party tonight, dancing with
the
pretty and graceful Mosuo girls. Mosuo people have their
own ways and customs, still retain some remnants of the
matriarchal society. Men and women are not bound by marriage ,
each living at one's mother's home. Men work at home during
the day and spend their night with the women they love in
their homes. |

Cruising the
lake by "pig trough boats", there are five islands in the
lake, three are in the territory of Yunnan and two in that of
Province Sichuan, dozens of Mosuo families live on these
islands so it is possible for the visitors to experience the
life on the island and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful
scenery of the lakes. explore Liwubi Island. Back to Lijiang
in the afternoon. |
